Wow he did one whole thing. And new home sales have dropped since he did that. He's also falling short of his new home build goals, and he's done nothing to fix rental prices.
The suburb I'm in has land developers sitting on their hands releasing plots 10 at a time despite the land being ready, the houses that were $200k less than ten years ago are over $1m (not an exaggeration btw), and the rent is $800/week to live in them. And that's the ones that aren't airbnb. This suburb is 40% empty Airbnbs. And it's a common story across Australia, with easily solved problems. It'll just piss off some rich people but I do not give a single fuck about nimbys bitching and moaning when it's holding up the rest of the country.

I'm not saying it's his fault, these are mostly Howard era problems compounded over the years. But Labor is fucking useless and needs to pull their heads out of their assess.
