I would love to see a 3rd party candidate win one year, and face house and senate stacked with Ds and Rs, shooting down everything they try to achieve. Then have Rs take the presidency, house and senate in the next cycle and start another major war. Now that's progressive thinking!
Edit: to actually reply to what you said, the absolute dog shit strategy from the dems gave us Trump. Biden dropping out at the last moment, making Kamala the candidate. Ouch.
