If you smoke, quitting is the number one thing you can do to improve your physical and mental health. In the US you can call 1-800-QUIT-NOW or visit Lung.org for free evidence-based resources to help with quitting.

Annoyingly, if you don't smoke, quitting has no positive effect whatsoever.

Life is so unfair. Why do only smokers get to have the chance to improve health like that?

There are many international and/or worldwide sites for getting that info for any country you're in, yet you do the stereotypical "only US matters" bullshit. Fuck your 'Murica brain idiocy.

From today, dialling 999 won't get you the emergency services. And that's not the only thing that's changing!

Nicer ambulances, faster response times, and better-looking drivers mean they're not just the emergency services -- they're your emergency services. So, remember the new number:

    0118 999 88199 9119 725...3
