I know we’ve had at least three posts on this topic so far. I can see from the comments that a lot of people were not or are not aware of this relationship.

I think this is important because it points to something that runs contrary to Ed Sheeran’s public statement, where he excused his dismissal of a musician speaking up for Palestine.

    The whole "Supporting the active murdering of children because they're from an ethnic group who the self-proclaimed representatives of my ethnicity deem to be 'vermin'" should be a big red flag on somebody's character.

    This is as much so now as it was back in the 1930s.

    I highly doubt it was an typical, noncorrupt interaction with the government where he footed upfront costs and got no special tax breaks because of it.
