You're probably not the only one. I'm sure there's plenty of folks who either support or deny the genocide who feel the same way.
Having said that, I disagree with you. To give an analogy, imagine that Macklemore had said something along the lines of "the holocaust is a bad thing, and the jews, Poland, France, etc deserve to be free" and then got kicked off the tour. The backlash would've been immense. There would be calls for cancelling the tour, and rightly so. It would be completely backwards to kick Macklemore off the tour, and people would wonder if Sheeran was some kind of neo nazi. Nothing manufactured about that.
The only difference here is the target of the genocide and the countries being invaded. But denying it or supporting it, or harming people for speaking up about it is equally terrible.
