Kimmel’s interview with James Talarico will be shown on YouTube, the late night host announced

Jimmy Kimmel’s upcoming interview with Democratic Senate hopeful James Talarico will not air on ABC, the talk show host announced, citing the network’s legal troubles with Trump’s FCC as the cause.

The late night host shared the news during his opening monologue on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Wednesday, beginning by discussing the Texas Senate race in which Talarico is leading Republican Ken Paxton, according to recent polls.

“I will be interviewing James Talarico tomorrow night under unusual circumstances,” Kimmel said, before explaining that the interview will go directly to YouTube and not air on ABC amid the network’s ongoing issues with the FCC.

To paraphrase a quote:

"If the Right become convinced that Christianity is incompatible with conservatism, they will not abandon conservatism; they will abandon Christianity."

The Right uses religion as a weapon. They believe in it as much as they read their Bibles. They will reject Christ and will worship at the alter of Trump or whomever they believe will allow them to oppress blacks and other "less thans".

I'm a Christian, and I'm absolutely appalled at what passes for "christianity" in conservative America. Everything seems to be carefully designed to be as anti-christian as possible. There's none of the love, forgiveness or caring for the needy. It's all just culture war and resentment. I really hope Talarico can change people's perception, but I fear that may be a lot to expect from one man.
