So if patriarchy doesn't provide women proper experience in leadership roles, your logic also makes it ok to say this:

Microdosing being married to a woman by gently but firmly teaching a girl intern how to properly lead a project.

Your logic seems a bit problematic. As for me personally, I'd rather not perpetrate stereotypes even if they happen to be true today.

    I'm not sure project management is a household task. So that feels a bit weird. Totally different relationship dynamic.

    But otherwise, yes, you're talking about mentorship of women and we want more of that.
