Oh they now pretty much agree climate change is real and human-made. There are a few exceptions including a prominent one glorifying ignorance and stupidity, that embeds anti-sciencism, but overall, leaders agree on the issue.

The proplem is they also agree on not doing too much about it, because acting could be bad for next quarter's economy, and of course "I'm not doing anything until everyone else is doing something", summarized as "collective suicide pact" by Antonio Guterres.
