It must be so easy to be a western "China expert"

Step 1: Twist something the Chinese government does that is perfectly normal or even a good thing, and just claim it is actually a bad thing.

Step 2: If what they are doing is completely impossible to twist into a bad thing, just pretend they aren't doing it, lie about them and say they're doing something else evil and horrible instead.
