Be careful around those tires, especially if it's an MRAP. They're high psi and under a ton of pressure. You usually have to use a remote inflater, just in case one of them blows when you're filling them up.
A better route to disable any armoured vehicle would be to spray the window with acetone or a high strength ammonia. Ballistic glass has a polycarbonate layer that protects it from scratches and chips. The chemicals will make polycarb fog up really bad. The field of view in any armoured vehicle is already so bad they won't be able to use it if it gets any worse. That's unless they send the whole vehicle to one of the few private places that can delaminate it. It's very expensive and time consuming.
