I have been informed that in the state of Minnesota, one of the many wonders of the gilded toilet bowl of a country that is known as AmeriKKKa, they serve "guacamole" that is actually a green cottage cheese dip. That post is about the same level of spicy.

    That's Bemidji-style, and they serve it with tater tot hot dish. Down Mankato way, they use more or less regular guac, but they put cream corn in it.

    The cuisine of the upper Midwest is truly something to behold. One of the bastions of "toothpaste is too spicy"¹ levels of suspicion of food that tastes like anything in the Burgerreich.

    ¹ I have heard this from people with my own ears. What is going on?
