No, talking about the 15 year old girl in the picture who has a one month old baby there in 1989. Things were not different back then. Knocking up a 14y/o in 1988 was still a crime, even if the dude doing it was 14 also. Which, you know he wasn't.
I don't know of any place in America that has criminalized a 14-year-old sleeping with a 14-year-old.
As far as I'm aware, most states have Romeo and Juliet laws, so like as long as they are less than two years apart, then it's not a crime either.
Perhaps you should check again. Many states do have "Romeo and Juliet" laws, but not most. Not even half.

If you're under the age of consent, then consent cannot be granted, even if both parties claim to be willing. Of course, most states will not enforce this under most circumstances where it's just a couple kids fooling around, but it is still illegal.
I love that you're putting the law above ethics here. These two horny same aged teenagers had sex but were too young to consent, therefore they should both go to jail! Damn these lenient judges!
Ok, maybe you didn't get to the last sentence of my post... but do go on, I'd love to hear you make an ethical argument defending statutory rape.
Same aged minors exploring their sexuality isn't rape. That shouldn't be at the discretion of a judge. Especially in red states where the judges are extra racist and extra homophobic.
