[–] nickiwest@lemmy.world 6 points 1 week ago I switched to Mint a year ago. I'm a fairly savvy user, but I'm far from having any kind of computer science credentials. I find the general update process in Mint to be much easier, more intuitive, and less intrusive than Windows. There's a bit of a learning curve to using the command line, but software installation in Mint has been a breeze compared to Windows. permalink fedilink source parent
