If someone wants to post an article with a clickbait title and doesn't want to be downvoted in this community, they should either rewrite the title in a non clickbaity way or write a description to clear up the intentional ambiguity. At that point, it's up to the reader to choose whether it's worth their time to dive into the article for further details or not.
