The person in the photos is an Israeli woman named Tohar Ben Shitrit. She has a channel on instagram, tiktok, and youtube. She has tons of videos showcasing fake foods.

Some comments in this thread ask why someone would have a slice of ketchup rather than a slice of cheese. Cheeseburgers are not kosher because Torah says "do not cook a kid in its mother's milk", which is interpreted as "do not combine meat and cheese".

The fake product seems like some kind of Israeli joke, like a play on "slice of cheese".
