FYI, that is a hunting lodge built in the 1950's. Nobody permanently lives there.
There's also a small storage hut and workshop off to the left that most people don't notice.
Couldn't be so difficult to hunt there.

What they don't tell you is there's another hunter that's hunting you.

I just looked up the Wikipedia article. I don't know what the fence is for, and I'm still not sure how you get up there from a boat. The nearest inhabited island is only 1km away.
