Just kidding, she already had a name when I adopted her. But I suspect that will be one of many new nicknames she will be hearing frequently from now on.

So is Fallout 4's Dogmeat... sort of. The dog is established as male in the game, but they used a female dog (named River) to do the motion capture.

For people who like dogs, the behind-the-scenes stuff on Dogmeat is pretty entertaining.
