I sincerely doubt there is any freedom (as in right to do something) in the USA that does not exist, likely enhanced, in France (or other EU countries)

It is time for Americans to accept they have been bamboozled and start rebelling against their corporate masters

No, you don't have to set yourself on fire, just start with the easier stuff: cancel every subscription to any of the big services, degoogle as much as possible, boycott any big brand and make sure no matter what happens, you go cast your vote

None of that will kill you, but little by little it will make a difference
