Polymarket is illegal in the United States under federal law
why does it still operates?
bribing the right people and their children, future markets “is not” gambling - obscuring language
It is legal in other countries.
US citizens illegally access it with VPNs
Not anymore since trump jr invested in it and got an advisory seat.
I think that changed recently.
I just searched "polymarket" in the U. S. and it came up with the correct site and a sign up button. I know I heard something about it on NPR a few weeks ago, so I'm pretty sure it's legal in the U. S.
Judge just took down that law
