I just thought the title/thumbnail was hilarious given the channel. I'll get back to you on whether alabamaboy has gone commie (he hasn't)

Edit: 5min in - sounds like the classic "Capitalism is good it just has to be regulated" or whatever

Edit2: Most of this is him talking about manufacturing something in the USA, but skip to 34:05 for his extremely simplistic attempt to articulate... some kind of point about capitalism and business.

Destin is basically CIA propaganda. There's lots to learn but if he gets anywhere near anything political it is "follow exactly lockstep the US policy". So without watching this video I have to imagine it is completely bullshit

Skip to 34:05 for him trying to explain enshittification with profit/quality/exploitation with a fun physical model.

It's definitely super over-simplistic and ignores so much.

I did watch the last video in this series and yeah he made some good points about the US/west losing manufacturing knowledge and capability, but with a huge dash of "China bad" to the point that when he decided he had no choice but to import a part he deliberately ordered from India even though it was mostly only available in China (because India is more okay than China for some reason?), then it turned out the Indian company just dropped shipped it from a Chinese manufacturer LMAO

Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.

Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
