Maybe move the console to the living room, use a headset? If he's got too much energy to sleep, and she wants sleep now... this seems mutually agreeable? Maybe I'm an odd duck, but what's always made sense to me, as a very light sleeper, is that a couple would each have their own beds, where they could sleep in the same bed when feeling more cuddly, or seperately when truly exhausted. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 6 child comments replies: [–] Canonical_Warlock@lemmy.dbzer0.com 6 points 1 month ago (1 child) Multiple rooms? I suspect that if we ever do start building housing in a way that makes any actual attempt at being affordable, it'll be floors of studios with small bathrooms, maybe mininfridges, but communal kitches and washing machines on each floor. Basically, college dorms, for everyone, forever, lol. ... beats being homeless! permalink fedilink source parent [+] SharkWeek@lemmy.blahaj.zone 2 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) [deleted] permalink fedilink source parent [–] maltasoron@sopuli.xyz 2 points 1 month ago Yeah, are these the same people complaining about how they have trouble falling asleep? permalink fedilink source parent [–] wreckedcarzz@lemmy.world 10 points 1 month ago (1 child) Sleep is for the weak.
