I disagree with the actions of the person discussed, but i am not going to call them fascist because of something that maybe possibly kinda could make them transphobic, but has multiple possible explanations
A transphobic fascist wouldnt mention that they prohibit transphobia, at best "forget" to mention it
Not everything that is bad is fascist
