I ran my Xiaomi phone through some Android debloater a while ago, I think this one. I just checked now if I have this "Find Device" feature, and apparently it is disabled and I cannot enable it either (seems to be under Settings > Security Status > Find Device, though my phone is not set to English so maybe the translation is slightly off). Which makes me think the debloater either uninstalled or at least disabled this. It also makes me think you may just be able to disable it via this setting, which I recommend trying first.
This debloater thing works via
adb(Android Debug Bridge), which can be used to uninstall pre-installed apps that cannot be uninstalled via the GUI and without needing root. So in theory you could use adb itself instead of the debloater. However, a quick google tells me uninstalling Xiaomi's Find Device has caused a boot loop for at least some people, so use at your own risk. Here's a forum thread on how to uninstall stuff via adb.
