And then relaxing the requirements for granting citizenship to nothing more than staying in the country for less than one parliamentary term period, and not requiring citizenship at all to vote in local and regional elections.

A self-described anarchist taking issue with Sweden requiring living in the country "continuously for at least eight years" before being able to obtain citizenship.
