What I think is really interesting about this video is there's close to 100% certainty that Zohran actually watches it. There's no way he doesn't know who JT is given what we've seen of his previous internet activities, and there's no way he isn't personally curious about JT's takes about him. Even if he disagrees he's still going to want to know what things are being said about him by recognisable leftist influencers from the perspective of managing his brand.
