Oh, you mean Tucker "any reasonable viewer arrives with an appropriate amount of skepticism about the statements he makes" Carlson?
Tucker Carlson is basically Trump except instead of being the dumbest man who ever lived he's significantly more intelligent than the average American (which is a low bar but still makes a big difference)
And he can tie a bow tie, so he has a higher base dexterity stat than the average American.
