Smart glasses equipped with cameras, microphones, and AI are a creeping privacy and security nightmare, prompting backlash.

Any such technology would be used to deliver ads, so imagine you have that capacity but it also constantly throws commercial at you while you're driving.

Not if you either root and remove spyware, or use a pair that's only a screen in tandem with a raspberry pi or other development board.
