Sure, here in my European country you just pay and get in. College is for everyone.
There are a few exceptions, mostly medical degrees, but generally there's no competing for spots.
We have many different types of colleges.
Anyone can go to a community college, you just pay, but the power of that on your resume is quite limited.
Other State/Private/Religious institutions often have minimum standards or placement tests.
That can't be right, a university class only has so many spots. Or do they just cram in everyone that pays?
