Yep, GOG doesn’t have the ability but Valve absolutely does. When my payment for a humble bundle failed (so, added to library and installed before the payment was resolved) Steam removed the games from my library AND drive

    Oh, removing stuff you didn't pay for is pretty understandable tbh. Didn't realise they even let you play stuff before the payment is made.

    Agreed. It probably has to do with the third party (humble bundle) validation process. This functionality however is in the Steam subscriber agreement, along with “any reason we see fit”
