The drawing is sending mixed messages. It’s just a “oops I didn’t know this wasn’t a urinal - looked like other people already peed in it”. This statue is real and is permanently peeing (facing the camera) in Belgium. It’s paraphrasing that the USA team’s arrogance during this tournament, but mostly the orange pedophile having a sudden opinion about something he completely doesn’t understand. It’s laughing at actions taken despite complete ignorance and arrogance.
