I love the way the camera switches from dark and gritty to 90s sitcom on a dime
Often in the same "joke". We never get to see Kevin in the gritty format since it's his show, but the way they can take a kinda standard, slightly mysoginist sitcom joke and immediately recontectualize it in a way where the abusive relationship is obvious and painful is great.

Yes I've finished them, and those scenes where you do see him in that view are meant as a major reveal. I was trying not to spoil it lol.Yep, and it really hits home that Kevin's life never has to be serious or difficult. It's a brilliant metaphor for his class position and how it enables him to absorb contradictions around him.
