Hell yeah! I no longer live in the deep south, but I still live in a southern city, and don't have trouble finding them. If you've got a Publix or Harris Teeter in your area just ask someone behind the seafood counter if they've got frozen crawfish. They almost always have a couple 2lb bags. They're just usually pre-cooked whole crawfish, so you'll have to pick the tail meat yourself. It's a lot harder to find a package of tail meat.
