MODERATORS
James gunn didn't direct/write it, so it apparently doesn't have that same humor/heart.
Its also adapted off a seminal Supergirl comic book that was renown for its breathtaking art. The medium shift into a movie made replicating that art sytle impossible, so its not living up to its source material very well.
The director also never bothered to read the source material.
Ah, one of those. I sure 'Loved' what they did to Halo with that technique.
Impossible? No one told them to make it fifty shades of brown.
