A zero-hour contract sounds bad, but I have a part-time job with 0 scheduled hours, amd coworkers that often want to trade in shifts, and those are frequent enough that I can have my choice of shifts, and still cover my expenses with a rather low frequency. The work itself is not particularly enjoyable, but the aspect of it being fully under my control makes it my best job ever on that metric. permalink fedilink source parent
