The entire time to prep, cook and clean is ~15m per day, if your feeling really lazy you can cook multiple days worth of food at once and it's still 15m once and you have food for multiple days.

Cleaning is a single pan (or whatever you used). Most adapted carnivores only eat once per day (just by feeling, not forcing themselves).

If you are lazy, you can't do better then carnivore. Even ordering food takes more time.

Plus... meat in the freezer lasts forever... if you don't want to cook, no rush.

tremendously! It's delicious.

Humans are optimized to survive on meat, its satisfying, and never gets boring.

It just so happens it's also the easiest way to cook and eat due to its very simple nature. I should note that while the food is satisfying my day isn't centered around food, I'm not living to eat.

We aren't though. Protien is required but it takes a lot of energy to break it down and use it, thus why carbs and fats are also important. Look up Rabbit Starvation diet.

We also have a VERY long digestive tract compared to actual carnivores, because we evolved to digest grains and fiberous materials.

100% agreed, I should have been more clear. fatty red meat is optimal. we are lipovores and work best eating mostly fat.

We have discussed the digestive tract issues before: https://discuss.online/post/40918220

I'm not living to eat.

I guess that's fair. That's probably our biggest difference since I enjoy the whole cooking process. Tweaking seasonings as the process continues to make something complex and delicious.

But if that was never interesting then I guess it wasn't a big loss.

I used to cook and bake, and greatly enjoyed making complex recipes. But without my health none of that was enjoyable, so I'm happy to give most of it up. I still use spices for seasoning sometimes (yes, I know, I have to turn in my carnivore card) and I'll eat/drink in social situations to be polite.

Zero-carb isn't about being a zealot or perfect adherence, it's just a way of being as healthy as you can be.

don't forget to untap at the start of your next turn!

mtg

netrunner

I think the netrunner is a better card, you should turn in the mtg card instead.

Haha, a for-real carnivore card! I should carry it around in my wallet.

[-] jet@hackertalks.com 2 points 16 hours ago

That will ruin it's value!

You can be as creative as you like on zero carb, nothing is stopping you. I'm just on the lazy side of the spectrum.
