My prediction? The entire White House will literally be a smoldering crater by the time this administration is done. They'll do the same thing to the others parts as they did the East Wing, and none of the replacement work will be even seriously started before the end of the administration. The next president will be operating out of an old Vietnam-era surplus military tent.
