So I am applying for jobs and there is this company i stumbled upon...in their job application they literally ask you for your grades in school. They require you have a Bachelors degree btw. So what the fuck? And they also require you to justify why your grades are low if they are low. Bitch I am in my mid 20s with a degree, why tf my school grades matter? it is called "Canonical" and you can see the application on their website btw. Fucking idiots.

I'm 40 now, with a master's. I applied for a job where they asked for my undergraduate transcripts. I had them on hand, but I almost laughed the employer out of the proverbial building.

What bearing would my course work from checks notes 17 fucking years ago (Christ I'm a geezer) have on anything? I've got 15 years of solid experience in my field. Gtfo.
