Sure you are!

1. The digestive system is always operating.
2. Most commonly poop isn't coming out the whole time we're on the toilet to poop.
3. If one were to sit on a toilet long enough, eventually poop would come out.

Therefore, we are always pooping. We're just not always on the toilet.
