which is not at all, right ?
Toasted sesame oil, sunflower oil, a bit of salt and pepper and fry it a bit to get it a bit crispy - or just warm it up a bit if in a hurry
I always cook them a little bit to blanch them and than pan fry them to all hell. But I still have to get the technique down cause a large percentage of times they come out a bit overcookes
I'll try this, sesame oil is such a rare commodity here and I have none at the moment, but it'll stay in the back of my head
Asian supermarket and specifically the toasted kind
You need a few drops of it, the taste is pretty intense
Ah I won't find that here. I'm familiar with regular sesame oil, perhaps I can toast some seeds on the side
