How did that exchange between him and Biden where Biden said he believe Putin didnt have a soul and Putin affirmed that get released then? Or does Putin like being seen as soulless?

It was an anecdote from Biden, not a public conversation.
Putin doesn't give a shit about religion beyond what Padre Kirill does for his public image and recruitment efforts.
