If that makes it through, that's unexpected but welcome news. Hopefully the other governments looking to enact this (foolish) legislation will follow.
Hopefully it pushes people to adopt open source operating systems, which would now have another big advantage
Or it forces Microslop, Apple, and Google to fully open source their OSes.
Either way, a win.
More likely they'll keep lobbying (corruption) to insist in passing laws
