They should switch to
4.3e5notation. Slightly more precision will help me know if I'm paying $40000 or $43000 per gallon.I don't have a car, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's not how those signs display prices. I know for a fact I've heard people read $18.5 as a dollar eighty five per litre. For some reason. I find it very strange.
Wouldn't that make 4.3e5 into $430.00?
I'm Canadian, though. We might just be weird here.
