"Snubbed". Lol. Why would any country want to use spyware from a hostile country's oligarch? It seems like a massive security breach to hand your intelligence information to hostile foreigners. Smart move if you ask me.
It's used by German states that are run by christian conservatives. Go figure.
especially one founder that is obsessed with the anti-christ.
