This reads like paid advertisement... I guess it'd be useful for people with hearing issues, but for the rest of us we can hear cars coming. Also a mirror can help if you want extra insurance, and it costs 20 euros rather than 400 with extra hassle

Hear me out! I got an optical radar device. It works by reflecting ambient light from the approaching vehicles, reflecting it again on an optical surface to then hit my eyes. I can not only judge speed and distance of the vehicle approaching but also size, make, whether the driver already signals they'll pass me etc. And the best? It needs no recharging.

Its a brand new invention and makes radars look like technology from the 90s. I call it a mirror.

Where I ride it’s just a given that there are always cars. Radar would be pointless.
