I deleted Instagram today due to an increasingly shitty feed. The app was located next to Strava on my phone and the amount of times I now opened Strava today is worrying lol.

Yes, I've been on it since January of last year and it was quite good. I get plenty of left-wing and Chinese perspective on things, American leftists too, I got spot on updates about the flotillas when they were going, etc. You can't lose with XHS.
i deleted instagram 5 years ago and never looked back. delete your account too so there is an extra obstacle and you dont install it again in a moment of weakness
