He isnt "unable to pay" (Well, in the sense that the damages are so high nobody could, but not in the sense of being broke, he transferred all his money and assets to accounts a judge ruled the victims can't touch. He hasn't and isn't paying them a dime. The Onion is paying the victims on behalf of Alex Jones through a licensing deal. As far as Alex Jones is concerned the debt was imaginary and continues to be imaginary as he hasn't lost any real assets
He is still a wealthy man lying to people and shilling pills, and i dont really find it satisfactory that The Onion is the only one paying anything here.
