Now that Kbin and lemmy can see and interact with each other I have been going to different magazines and subscribing to them in hopes they will appear in ALL for everyone, is that how it works or will those not be visible to anyone on our instance?

There's nothing special admins can do for this. I've been manually searching and subscribing to interesting communities on my end as well.
