Who is it? Some piece of shit cropped the artist attribution off the comic.
weirdly enough I don't actually know his name. basically just some Maga shithead, you'll recognize him because every comic he makes has a closeup frame of a woman screaming because he has one specific emotion he's trying to provoke. reverse image search it if you want his socials or something
for him, that loose idea of a mission statement works better than a name anyway
