    It was the Dutch. A company called Four Winds K9. I think the link in my head was that US police may have been buying dogs from them too. Or links between trainers or something. I can't find it, but somebody on insta did a whole breakdown of it a year or two ago. My brain is now tears and mud after reliving the past 5 years of my Instagram stories. catgirl-cry

    I could be wrong about Texas but this has definitely been an ongoing thing. The training company was a big deal for whatever reason. I'm trying to hunt down the source of what I'm thinking of.

    As I posted above, it was something that came up enough when reading about atrocities committed by US backed right wing governments or paramilitary to be quite sure Americans gave em the idea and possibly even the dogs. The amount of wrong involved is just....astounding.
