While I would rather see every statue of Jesus worldwide destroyed than a single civilian killed by zionists, this incident can and should be leveraged for propaganda against Israel. Western Christians are profoundly ignorant of the Levant and on average quite islamophobic, but showing them the existence and plight of Levantine Christians and the depravity of the enemy has been effective at shifting public sentiment. While effective action has yet to be taken because of the deeply entrenched relationship between western governments and Israel, and the deaths of actual people should always be the focus, sharing events like these is worthwhile.
